These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at appstradigital.com and any software engineering, product design, brand identity, or technical SEO services provided by Appstra Digital (“Appstra”, “we”, “us”).

1. Scope of Engagement & Project Statements of Work

All client engagements are governed by an agreed-upon Statement of Work (SOW) or written project scope document outlining milestones, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms. Any material modifications or feature additions outside the agreed SOW will be scoped under a mutually approved change order.

2. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

We believe in 100% transparent ownership. Upon complete payment of all milestone invoices for a given deliverable:

  • All bespoke custom software code, design files, component libraries, and assets created specifically for the client become the sole intellectual property of the client.
  • Appstra assigns all copyright, title, and interest in such deliverables to the client without ongoing royalty claims.
  • Pre-existing open-source libraries and frameworks (e.g. Next.js, React, Node.js packages) remain subject to their respective open-source licenses (such as MIT or Apache 2.0).

3. Milestone Delivery & Warranty Period

Appstra warrants that all custom deliverables will operate substantially in accordance with agreed specifications. We provide a 30-day post-launch warranty period during which any defects, functional bugs, or regressions directly attributable to our code will be resolved at no additional charge.

4. Client Responsibilities & Feedback Cycles

Timely project completion depends upon clear client feedback. Clients agree to designate a single project liaison, provide necessary access credentials (hosting, APIs, third-party services) in a timely manner, and review milestone deliverables within agreed review windows.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party shall be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from project delays, third-party service outages, or unforeseen software security exploits beyond reasonable industry control.
